if you are wondering why it has taken me a week to blog about the chicago blackhawks winning the stanley cup, well i do not have an answer for you.
i will say, last wednesday night was a madhouse in chi-town! the blackhawks, well actually my sweet baby patrick kane or as most chicagoans call him kaner, shot the winning goal in overtime to skate on to victory! it was the craziest goal because the way it was side-shot into the net, it took everyone about 30 seconds to realize kaner chucked the little black puck to win the cup.
of course when in chicago, do as the chicagoans do..which is celebrate! we had our own little victory party with every other claim to fame chicago blackhawks fans!
