back to back

so here i am, sitting in the midway airport waiting to board my plane back to sweet home alabama. i am on back to back weekends not being in the city, which is kind of bittersweet being that the more I live here the more I grow to love it!

last weekend, i spent time with the little family. i enjoyed j-little's (formerly known as "d-little") middle school play and e-little's (formerly known as "s-little") basketball games. i started a book, "one fifth avenue," which i cannot put down, enjoyed some great snowballs and was mesmorized by the blustery weather. i even learned how to play yahtzee! this game will soon be a must buy this winter.

but for now i will wait patiently to get back to the south and see my family and friends. i look forward to what is in store for me next week during the turkey day holiday.
