my busy life prohibited me from blogging today..apologies..but last night a funny mos def happened.
during my session with mr.big stuff, we were moving right along to squatting on the half-moon with the medicine ball in hand then standing up and throwing the medicine ball overhead. that is just what i did, but i think mr.big stuff did not expect for me to throw it as hard as i CAN now..ooops, smack right in the face went the medicine ball..yes, i basically beat up mr.big stuff. no black eye or broken nose, just a little red blotch on his cheek..whew!!
we both did not know what else to do but laugh. he forgave me then immediately kicked my butt with a hardcore ab workout..i guess i deserved it, but boy did my abs pay for it today..

- hey y'all! it's me, "the girl" from girl and the windy city. as y'all know, my partner-in-crime, my guy, and i were engaged last summer and now are gearing up for the big day. we want to reflect our windy city life through this sister blog! so as it goes, some might say, "southern meets the city." we would like to say, "bring it on!" this change did us good. not just changes in scenary, but changes in attitude and changes in latitude. we took the leap, moved to chicago and fell in love. that is what we have done. stuffed our cars, drove north and making chicago our own.
