yesterday, i received life changing news! i was offered a job with mcdonald's corporation to join the u.s. training, learning and development team as a registration coordinator. my desk will be located at hamburger university or HU! yes, the mcdonald corporation's training facility is called hamburger university and i already know one special person in my life (i'm talking about you jewels!) that cannot get over the fact that i will be working at hamburger university..
the main role and responsibility of my newly accepted position is to register all mcdonald's restaurant managers, owners/operators and corporate employees for professional development classes offered at or HU.
i would like to thank each and every one of you for your encouragement, support and most importantly love through this long and enduring employment search. each and every kind gesture kept me motivated to go after my goal and persevere through to be where I am today.
chicago is now my permanent home and i could not be happier. i look forward to having all of you come visit and enjoy the fruits of this extraordinary city. give me a call, shoot me an email or just holler!
