i guessed correctly for my gas price before thanksgiving. the price at costco for a gallon of gas was $1.98 a week before thanksgiving. This guess made me 11 cents off my guess of gas being $2.09 per gallon before the holiday.
i stopped by costco again yesterday morning to waste some time before work and filled half of my tank for $1.78 per gallon at costco. this just blows me away. the last time gas was this low was about a year after i turned 16.
until my next fill-up...
the girl..
- girl and guy
- hey y'all! it's me, "the girl" from girl and the windy city. as y'all know, my partner-in-crime, my guy, and i were engaged last summer and now are gearing up for the big day. we want to reflect our windy city life through this sister blog! so as it goes, some might say, "southern meets the city." we would like to say, "bring it on!" this change did us good. not just changes in scenary, but changes in attitude and changes in latitude. we took the leap, moved to chicago and fell in love. that is what we have done. stuffed our cars, drove north and making chicago our own.
